Goal
Create an unboxing experience that compliments the onboarding app experience and guides the user through the set up process.
Concept generation
I explored concepts that promoted guiding the user as they unboxed their system. These concepts focus on presenting instructional materials to the customer first, and boxes clearly labeled and separated.
An insert that covered the device boxes was selected to move forward in refinement.
